INGREDIENTS
130g green-hearted black beans
500g Thai glutinous rice
COOKING THE BEANS
Soaked black beans
¼ teaspoon salt
500g water
Cook for 30 minutes
COOKING THE STICKY RICE
300g bean boiling water (1 cup)
125g cold water (½ cup)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cooking oil
Note: - Soak beans in hot water for 3 hours
Cook in a rice cooker, press the cooking button 3 times, and after switching to the keep-warm mode, let it sit for 20 minutes.
