In 2021, I traveled to the United Arab Emirates to explore some of the best Indian cuisine outside India, spending several days in Dubai, a city of luxury, nightlife, and incredible food. With nearly 3 million people of Indian descent in the UAE, the flavors here are authentic and deeply rooted in the culture. Joined by special guests, including my friend The Food Ranger, I set out to experience the very best of Indian food in Dubai.
