Village Street Food Gems: All Under $1 in Phnom Penh!

This morning, I came to a hidden village in Boeung Salang, Phnom Penh to hunt for the cheapest and most delicious breakfast. My first stop was a small food stall run by an old woman and her daughter serving $0.75 Pork Belly Porridge, $0.875 Grilled Pork + Egg Rice, and Dried Noodles.
Next, I met an old man preparing salt on his tiny ice-cream cart as he gets ready to start his day.
Finally, I visited another street food stall serving $0.75 grilled pork rice and ended my morning with a hot latte.
