Travelling Australia living van life, has given me so many opportunities to be amongst nature where I feel my happiest. I do feel so blessed living this amazing van life, but it is a life I created for myself because I wanted to experience more joy. Your homework this week is to think about what really brings you joy, something that brings a smile to your face at just the thought of it, then go and find some time to do more of that. Through my journey to self discovery, I have found that happiness is absolutely an inside job. It isn't something someone can create and sustain for you, it needs to be a choice you make every day.
