A Green Cocktail [Just In Time For St Paddy's]

Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, I’m mixing a bold green cocktail created by Justin Wojslaw. Built on Green Chartreuse and crème de menthe, this is not your average green tiki drink.

JADE IDOL

3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
1/4 oz Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz Dry Curacao
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof

~ METHOD ~

Add ingredients to shaker tin with ice and shake until cold and combined. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with lemon and orange.
