Chesco woman details encounter with suspect days before killing of CHOP nurse

A woman says she had a disturbing encounter with the man accused of killing a CHOP nurse just days before the murder.

Tiara Shearer of Parkesburg said the incident occurred last Tuesday afternoon, four days before Jahn was arrested for allegedly murdering a woman in Tredyffrin Township.

"I think I got extremely lucky; it has completely torn me up since," she said. "I feel absolutely horrible for that woman."
