Join us for a relaxing late winter campout here in Western North Carolina. We set up the tent at a lovely creekside site and hauled in a few "essentials" such as our cast iron pot for cooking over the fire. (It took us 3 trips from where the car was parked about 10 minutes away to get the wood and everything in. Not something we would do if we weren't filming, but we just love you all!) We made venison stew and sourdough for supper, grits and bacon for breakfast, and hot chaga tea and coffee to go with it. Thanks for watching!
