Michael Bolton as a featured artist at Helene's concert in Cologne. How did that happen?

Music producer Billy Mann told his neighbor Michael Bolton about this incredible and beautiful singer (his words) he had seen in Germany. After meeting Helene, Michael was eager to work with her.
They recorded several songs together for Michael's album. In 2011, Helene joined him on his German tour. In return, he visited Helene on her tour and on her TV show, and they sang together.
