Today we’re making a Hawaiian Teriyaki Pineapple Cheeseburger inspired by a classic movie vibe - sweet, smoky, cheesy, and insanely juicy. Grilled pineapple, melty cheddar, and rich onion jam hit different.

What’s inside:

Beef patties (or smash patties)

Brioche buns

Cheddar slices

Grilled pineapple rings

Onion jam

Ketchup + teriyaki sauce (or teriyaki glaze)

Butter for toasting buns

Quick method:

Make onion jam

Sear the patties and melt cheddar

Grill pineapple rings

Toast brioche in butter

Assemble: ketchup + teriyaki + patty +pineapple + onion jam + top bun
