Recipes:
Sourdough Discard Pizza Dough:
1 cup sourdough discard
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
Combine discard, flour, water, salt and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overwork the dough. Form dough into a ball and set in a bowl lined with olive oil. Cover with a towel and let rise for 2-10 hours. Shape dough into a pizza crust and proceed with recipe for turkey & cheese pinwheels.

1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Worchester sauce
