Cuban Authorities Cannot Be Trusted as ‘Narrators’: Cuba Expert
John Suarez, executive director at the Center for a Free Cuba, joins NTD to analyze the official Cuban description of the killing of four people on an American-registered speedboat as “infiltrators.”
He tells us that the Cuban regime’s spokespersons cannot be trusted as “narrators,” and believes they are trying to distract from a looming indictment of Raúl Castro, who is no longer in office. He goes into further detail about the plight of Cubans who simply want to be liberated, and how Cuban farmers cannot sell to fellow Cubans, but only to the government, which leaves much of the island nation’s food to rot and doesn’t pay the farmers well.
