Positive Energy

Hi friend. This week I have entitled my video 'positive energy' because that is what I believe it evokes. Art journalling can mean so many things to people, the joy of just creating space for yourself, the excitement of making art, the anticipation of 'how will it turn out'. All of these things create positive energy where we can block out our troubles, make time for ourselves and just be present. Slow living is what it is all about.
