Throughout his restoration adventure, Sir Humphry has been kept company by the castle's famous ghosts, and here he reveals some of the surprising things about his rebuilding of the castle, its ghoulish residents, and the thousands of objects that sit inside this majestic fortress home.

The castle is regularly open to visitors through the summer season.
