We share a 1 day itinerary for Ljubljana, what to do there, before taking a day trip to Lake Bled to witness its stunning views. Then, we road trip around the West of Slovenia - Visiting Lake Bohinj, ziplines at Bovec, Triglav National Park, a beautiful stay at a wine estate in the Brda Region, a train ride of the worlds first underground train network at Postojna Cave, before finishing in the seaside town Piran.
