Emotions can feel strange for adults and children. Sometimes it can be hard to know how you feel and why. That’s why these colourful creatures are here to help.

This animation has been created to help children identify what emotions they are feeling and that they don't have to be scary, or upsetting. It should also help children and adults, whether that's a parent, teacher or counsellor, to communicate about feelings.

"Excellent resource, especially with kids who don't really like to open up about feelings. I always have a copy to hand, you never know when you'll need it."

"I’m an ELSA in a primary school and have used this book with children that I support with different feelings.

They love the pictures and can relate to the different feelings fully.

I would highly recommend it."

"I'm so happy this book exists! My little girl, who is 4, picks it up almost every day. We love talking about which emotion(s) she is feeling, she also asks me.

It is a brilliant and simple way for children to understand the feelings they are expressing and just as importantly, it's a great way for children to understand how others are feeling and why. Genius ❤️
