We're in Osaka, dubbed the "Kitchen of Japan," exploring the legendary street food of Dotonbori, as well as lesser-known local spots and famous restaurants.

Dotonbori Street
Starting on Osaka's most famous street, we immersed ourselves in the vibrant neon-lit chaos of Dotonbori. Here, we sampled everything from freshly made takoyaki and delicious gyoza to juicy Wagyu beef skewers, soaking up the energy, crowds, lights, and nonstop street food activity that makes this area a must-visit destination.

Kushikatsu Katsuhiro Dotonbori
Right next to Dotonbori and tucked under a bridge, we stopped at this local kushikatsu stall for perfectly fried skewers. Golden brown, crispy, and full of flavor, this place proves that some of Osaka's best food can be found a little further down the street.

Horumon Yakiniku Mansen
Next up is a classic Japanese yakiniku restaurant, offering a BBQ experience where you grill your own meat. The chef serves beautifully cut, juicy beef, and the smoky aroma from the grill creates an intense and incredibly delicious culinary experience that is both interactive and satisfying.

Karahori Toast Cafe Fine
