Hello Everyone!

Today I will be looking very specifically at SWAN HANDS. We often talk a lot about swan arms which are obviously very very critical. I find however, that nobody really talks about the hands often enough.

The hands are so important for ballet, in particular a swan. I have watched many Odettes and dying swans, often hands are dead looking or very spikey. Being able to give this softness to the hands whilst keeping the length of the fingers is very difficult.
