👉 Simple recipe, readily available ingredients and guaranteed results ✨

📝 Ingredients for 20 spring rolls:

500g of chicken breast
50g of rice vermicelli
40g of black mushrooms
2 carrots (approximately 120g)
1 egg
1 onion
1 to 2 tbsp of fish sauce (or oyster sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste
20 rice cakes (20 cm in diameter)
1 tbsp cornstarch
Frying oil

🥣 Ingredients for homemade spring roll sauce

4 tbsp of sugar
3 tbsp of hot water
1 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 tsp chili powder or hot sauce (such as Sriracha)

ℹ️ In the video, the sauce is a little darker because I added some oyster sauce. This is totally optional.

💡 Tip: These spring rolls can be prepared in advance and frozen before or halfway through cooking.
