Stratton, VT — Skiing from the Fire Tower

January 13, 2026 | Stratton, VT • Uphill with Jacky to tap The Bear was not enough. I contined on the ridge via the Long Trail to check out the fire tower -- which is actually the highest point of the ridge at 3940ft (1200m), called the Stratton Mountain.
