Locking in for the New Year & Audition Season: A Week in My Life as a Ballerina

This video was so much fun for me you guys...the new year always brings such an incredible energy to the studio and is an amazing time to reset and bring intentions to the everyday mundane!

As you'll see throughout this video I have a LOT of habits I want to build this year but still be mindful that big changes take time and consistency...so here's to 2026 a year of consistency, motivation, and manifesting the life we truly want to live!
