2022年4月22日，在我回国探亲的时候，我被诊断出乳腺癌。当时正赶上长春封城，学校关闭，小区封闭，机场停运。全家人都认为我不可能离开长春，可在长春市政府、沈阳市各个部门及外事办的帮助下，我于26日凌晨顺利离开长春，并豁免在沈阳14天的隔离直接登上了最后一班飞往加拿大的航班。这场旅行称得上是奇迹！坐上飞机的那一刻，我潸然落泪，心想，上帝给我一个活下去的机会，我定要珍惜余生，好好爱自己，爱生活!

In April 22, 2022, I was diagnosed with breast cancer during my visiting to my family in China. The doctor told me that I should have surgery done as soon as possible, and it could be done on April 26, If I was ready for it. After I discussed with my family and my friends in Canada, I decided to come back to Canada for the cancer treatment.
However, at that time the city Changchun where I was living was totally shut down due to Co-vid . All the schools were closed, all the districts were closed and people were not allowed to leave the districts. All the transportation were stopped and of course, the airport was closed.
My family members didn’t think I could leave Changchun. However, with the help and support of the government in Changchun and Shenyang, as well as Shenyang’s other departments, such as the Highway department, the Airport, the Police Station and Sichuan Airline, I successfully boarded a flight on April 26 without the 14 -day isolation which was Shenyang policy because I came from Changchun which had Covid cases.

The moment I got on the plane, I cried. I really appreciated all the people who helped me to leave Changchun and I told myself that the rest of my life must be lived well.
