Power of Self-Talk | Zilas Bouzerma

Zilas is a 4th grader that shares his journey and experience with self talk as a kid and teaches us the power that positive self talk can have.

This talk was given at TEDxKidsElCajon, "In Our Era," in the Magnolia Theater in El Cajon, CA. The purpose of TEDxKidsElCajon is to help develop and amplify student voices in our community to empower our youth by creating space for them to share their ideas, bringing awareness to their experiences, and advocating their perspectives.
