Hyma Moore, Democratic strategist and principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs, and Frank Morano, Republican New York City councilman, joined a panel discussion with NTD's Steve Lance to discuss New York's largest nurses' strike that began on Monday. Nearly 15,000 nurses walked off the job after negotiations failed between the nurses' union and hospital officials.
