The Art of Fresco | Grace Crabtree | Artist Studio Video | Chasing Cow

Grace Crabtree is a contemporary artist. In this video she introduces the alchemical art of buon fresco, a medieval and Renaissance technique used for creating wall paintings in which the image becomes 'stone'.

The video features works from Grace's exhibition Elemental Drift, with works in buon fresco and egg tempera, which was held at the Allsop Gallery, Bridport Arts Centre in January and February 2024 .
