The MS House, located in Porongo, Santa Cruz, Bolivia, is a striking example of contemporary residential architecture that balances form, function, and nature. Designed with a clear volumetric concept, the house combines concrete, wood, and glass to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Set on sloping terrain within a gated community, the residence is defined by two interlocking volumes with bold cantilevered elements that interact dynamically with the surrounding landscape. Large openings and fluid layouts enhance natural light, ventilation, and visual continuity with nature.
The home is organized across three levels: social and public spaces on the ground floor, private bedrooms and family areas on the upper floor, and service areas discreetly placed in the basement. An open floor plan encourages smooth circulation while maintaining privacy, especially in communal areas.
The upper level features en-suite bedrooms and a comfortable family room, while the master suite stands out with a spacious dressing room and access to a terrace offering panoramic views of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
