Robinson R88 helicopter a 10-seat game-changer at European rotors 2025

Robinson Helicopter unveiled the new R88 at Verticon Dallas 2025, marking the company’s entry into the 10-seat rotorcraft class. Larger than the R22, R44, and R66, the R88 features an expanded cabin, a projected 1,800-lb payload, a Safran Arriel engine, and a Garmin avionics suite. Robinson CEO David Smith and Safran Helicopter Engines president Cédric Goubet highlighted the strategic collaboration behind the program.
