The B+B House is a contemporary residence in Brazil designed by Studio MK27 in collaboration with Diana Radomysler, Fernanda Neiva, and Renata Furlanetto, completed in 2014. Defined by strong horizontal lines, deep overhangs, and a restrained material palette of concrete, wood, and glass, the house emphasizes privacy from the street while opening generously toward its garden. The interior is organized around fluid, open-plan spaces that blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, allowing natural light and ventilation to shape the daily experience of the home. Through its careful balance of structure, landscape, and interior design, the B+B House serves as a clear reference for modern residential architecture that prioritizes clarity, comfort, and a close relationship with nature.
