Improve your ballet PLACEMENT at the barre

Join me here where I give barre exercises for a good placement.
You are probably thinking… why do I need to improve my placement if I am already a good dancer and I can manage all my steps that I am supposed to do. Well I am just saying that in my experience you could improve your placement technique to avoid injuries which in many cases come from a bad alignment at the barre. I am also saying that it will ensure that you will always be in a perfect balance to achieve many turns or you will always land correctly after a big jump without any shake to be sure that you don't hurt your body. You will probably also impress the viewers and they will go -Wooowwww … what a control and power he/she has .
