The Pentagon is investigating Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) after he and 5 other Democratic lawmakers told the military to disobey unlawful orders.
The Trump administration says that implies its been giving unlawful orders -- and says it was an act of sedition.
Kelly is being singled out because he is a retired Navy Captain. And if retired, he may be called back to face a court martial.
