'He was slamming into cars': Neighbors suspect drunk driver after several vehicles damaged

Several residents along 15th Street in South Philadelphia say their vehicles were damaged after a chaotic incident involving a suspected drunk driver late Sunday night.

The first crash was reported by neighbors just after 11 p.m. at 15th and Dickinson streets and spanned several blocks.
