MASSIVE 7KG CHAR SIU RICE CHALLENGE! | THEY Sell Out Within 2 HOURS?!

In this video, join me as I went down to Chef Lup Roasted at Golden Mile Food Centre which was highly recommended by you guys so I decided to come down and take on a massive 7KG plate of their famous roast meats that sell out within just 2 hours!

Chef Lup is known for his KL-style translucent glass char siew which had glistening and caramelised, skin. The char siew had a nice balance of sweet and savoury, leaning slightly towards the sweet side. Along with that, I had the roast pork which had a nice crackling skin that shatters as you bite into them, and their roast duck was tender with a subtle smokiness. It’s no surprise that they’re sold out by late morning — everything was top-notch quality.
