Begin Your Day Asking God to Open Your Eyes | Morning Prayer
đ âAnd immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he regained his sight. Then he rose and was baptized.â â Acts 9, verse 18
⨠The story of Paul reminds us of one of the greatest truths in Scripture: God can open blind eyes, change hardened hearts, and turn the most broken lives into testimonies of His power. What Paul thought was wisdom was actually blindnessâuntil Jesus removed the scales and gave him true vision.
In this heartfelt prayer and reflection, we are reminded of this:
â
God opens the eyes of the blind (Psalm 146:8)
â
What looks like foolishness to the world is revealed as power to the believer (1 Corinthians 1:18)
â
When the Lord opens your eyes, you no longer see life the sameâyou see truth, hope, and eternity.
đĄ Maybe youâve been walking in a season of confusion, where life feels dark and uncertain. Maybe your spiritual sight feels blurred by fear, shame, or doubt. But this is your reminder: the same God who opened Paulâs eyes can open yours. He can remove the scales that cloud your vision and let you see His love, His truth, and His purpose more clearly.
Even when you donât understand.
Even when you feel lost.
Even when the world calls faith foolishâŚ
God can restore your sight.
đ Letâs pray togetherâasking the Lord to open our eyes to His Word, His presence, and His truth. Because when He lifts the veil, everything changes.
