I remember my mother making gimbap in the kitchen on a picnic days.

Today, I made gimbap by turning yellow pickled radish and braised burdock.
🍙 Grandma likes gimbap, too.👵🏻

Since eggplants 🍆 were abundant,
I was able to add them to gimbap with peppers🌶️
and eggplant soybean paste soup and eat it with gimbap.
