Hello my amazing TEAM VFIT WITH VERA! It is time for a 12 MIN INTENSE TABATA Workout - Full Body Burn | 2022 Christmas Special! According to your voting results 66% are willing to sweat with a Tabata routine and 24% would like to hit the dance floor with me.

To be fair to all of you I decided to make a hardcore mix of dance and workout exercises, using Tabata style timing of 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest.

This is a perfect express holiday burn, when you are in a rush, but still want to burn some calories and tone your body.
