50 Min Fat Burning Full Body HIIT Workout [Lose Weight - At Home] is no-equipment cardio and strength training HIIT that kicks your metabolism and gives your body a good overall muscle burn.

It includes a 5 minute warm-up with 45x15 second intervals followed by a 40-minute total body routine with a great variety of no repeat bodyweight exercises. You also get a 5-minute cool down & stretch which besides bringing down the heart rate “polishes off” the muscles and stretches them for the best results.

► DURATION: 50 minutes
►TIMER: 45 sec work 15 sec rest
►MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium-high
► CALORIES BURNT: 670-850
► EQUIPMENT: no equipment
