DS18 EXL Speakers + Resilient Sounds Customer Service

As many of you know I was involved in a head on collision that totaled out my Chevy Malibu. I had started on my 2020 build which was setup for the Mali however after deciding to go with a Chevy Tahoe moving forward most people kept urging me to run bigger equipment. I tried my best to stick with my guns but the pressure of seeing two humongous subs in the rear of the truck got the best of me. I got in contact with Robert Vahcic who owns Resilient Sounds and he agreed that if I paid the return shipping on the 12s then he would swap me out for a pair of 18s!!!! Customer service is key in this industry but sad to say most of these car audio companies could care less about you unless you're spending lots of money on their products. Once the sale is complete you don't matter anymore unless you have a huge following. After this experience I highly recommend Resilient Sounds!!!!! Customer Service after the sale is how you build a loyal customer base!!!
