'People are so cruel': Mother pleads for justice after son dragged by car in hit-and-run

Trenton police are looking for the driver who struck a man on his scooter and dragged him underneath the car before leaving the scene on Sunday morning.

Family members said the victim is 32-year-old Nathaniel Turner, and he remains in critical condition.

"It's a shame. It's pitiful. I'm hurt," said his mother, Marilyn Turner.

Marilyn and her family have been at her son's bedside in the hospital since Sunday, where he is intubated with a head injury and broken ribs and leg.
