VIRAL Russian Vlogger HARASSING FILIPINOS in the Philippines (NO REGRET!)

This Russian vlogger has been harassing Filipinos. Vitaly Zdorovetskiy filmed several 'pranks' walking the streets of BGC Manila but these pranks turned into disrespectful behavior pretty fast. The Russian Vlogger has been bothering security guards in BGC, Taguig City and approached Filipino people on the streets with questionable actions. The pranks got out of hand when he started stealing items through out his live stream to get more attention and views. Zdorovetskiy did not show any remorse while harassing Filipinos and has left the internet speechless!
