In this week's video, we try 10 MUST-TRY DISHES of Saigon, Vietnam! Let's go on a southern Vietnam Food tour!
We decide to begin our day with a popular Southern Vietnamese noodle dish called hủ tiếu. After finishing, we head around the corner to Bò Kho Bà Ba, where we try some Bò Kho (beef stew).
Next, we continue our food tour at Bánh Bèo Cô Mai Phú Yên, where we try two more dishes: bánh canh hẹ and bánh bèo chén nóng. After finishing, we head around the corner to JINO Bánh Tráng Thanh Mai to try a local street snack called bánh tráng trộn.
Our next stop is Bánh Xèo Bánh Khọt Phương Nga, where we check THREE more items off of this food tour list: bánh xèo, bánh khọt, and gỏi cuốn.
Despite being nearly full, we still have two stops left! We head to Bún thịt nướng Hằng for some bún thịt nướng and decide to end our day at Cơm Tấm Sà Bì Chưởng with some cơm tấm (broken rice).
