
Crispy Pork Belly Traeger Grill

Pork Belly
Carrots, Celery, Onion, Garlic, and Potatoes
Beer or Liquid of Choice
Salt and Pepper or Preferred Pork Rub
Cut veggies and place in bottom of pan.
With a sharp knife cut thin full length strips in
the pork belly and rub down with olive oil and
rub down with desired rub.
Preheat grill to at least 450f and cook
uncovered for 30 mins.
After lower temp to 300 to 325f and cook for
several hours. Keep an eye on the liquid to
make sure it doesn't all evaporate and start to
burn.
The skin should be crispy but if it isn't you can remove and place directly on the grill for a few minutes to finish the belly off.
Let rest at least 15 minutes and enjoy
