Adventure Bikes in the Snow with As the Magpie Flies and For the Love of Knobs!

I was incredibly fortunate to get the opportunity to go on a motorcycle adventure with amazing local Oregon motorcycle YouTubers Amanda Zito from As the Magpie Flies and Kris and Nathan from For the Love of Knobs. I had an amazing time laughing and riding with this great group. We headed out on our adventure motorcycles (Honda Africa Twin, Honda CB500X, KTM 790 Adventure, and KTM 690 Enduro R) on a motorcycle adventure that was supposed to take us up past Foster Lake, Green Peter Dam, Green Peter Lake, and up and over the mountain to Detroit Lake. Along the way, however, we encountered an unexpected surprise: snow! We soldiered onward, enjoying our snowy motorcycle adventure for a while, but when the snow got too deep for the street tires on Amanda's Honda CB500X, we had to make a decision whether to press on riding our adventure motorcycles in the snow, or head back down the mountain the way we came. Our ADV motorcycles performed well, and we had a fantastic time hanging out, making videos, and enjoying a cold, snowy motorcycle adventure in the snow together.
