Hi!

In my most recent adventure, I loaded the van with my kit and headed for Scotland. Packed with more than enough stuff for a 4 day trip, my folding chair and a hip flask of whisky I was excited to get back out there.

I cycled just over 200km inspired by a route I got from Charlie Loves Gravel (check out her channel, it's ace). My plans were never going to be set in stone, allowing me to change and adapt as much as I wanted or needed.

I visited Ben Alder Forest for a camp in the mountains, Corrour Station for dinner and breakfast, Rannoch Station and other amazing places along the way. I aimed for the camp spots, rather than completing a route in a certain time limit.

It's been a while since I've been out, out, and it was becoming easy to not bother or make the effort. This trip has reignited the love of bikepacking and exploring again - I hope you enjoy it as much as I did when I was there.

See you out there!
