Fascinating. About forty years ago I worked near Birdworld in Farnham. A weaver bird escaped and started building a nest in a tree outside our office window. We all felt sorry for it as it obviously wasn’t going to get a mate. Birdworld came and tried to catch it but I think they gave up and I’m not sure what happened to him😢
