What China just Did with its Space Station CRUSHED NASA...
China reveals Massive Breakthrough on Space Station SHOCKED NASA & Elon Musk!
China just dropped a bombshell in space!
Astronauts aboard China’s Tiangong station have just pulled off a groundbreaking photosynthesis experiment in orbit, one that could reshape the future of space exploration.
Imagine this: a future where astronauts can produce their own oxygen and rocket fuel while traveling across distant planets.
Sounds like science fiction? Well, China is turning that into reality.
And even NASA and Elon Musk might be feeling a little jealous of this one.
So, what exactly is this breakthrough tech? Could it help China leap ahead of the U.S. in space?
Let’s break it down on today’s episode of Alpha Tech.
What China just Did with its Space Station CRUSHED NASA...
Orbiting 400 kilometers above Earth, two space stations from the world’s top space agencies are currently in operation: NASA’s ISS and China’s Tiangong Space Station, run by CNSA.
The problem is, the ISS has been in orbit for nearly 27 years, witnessing decades of Earth’s history, and it’s nearing the end of its life with plans to deorbit around 2030.
Meanwhile, Tiangong is still relatively new, having been operational for about 4 years. In theory, it could continue running for another 20 years or more, quietly shifting the long-term advantage in China’s favor.

And China isn’t stopping there. According to the China Academy of Space Technology, speaking at the 74th International Astronautical Congress, China plans to expand Tiangong from 3 modules to 6 in the coming years. Once completed, the expanded station will weigh around 180 tons.
It’s not just about size, either, China is also making research breakthroughs aboard Tiangong that the rest of the world can’t afford to ignore.
On July 14th, China successfully launched a cargo mission to its Tiangong space station using the Tianzhou-9 spacecraft and a Long March 7 rocket, a combo that’s proving just as reliable as SpaceX’s Falcon 9 and Dragon.
The flight delivered 7.2 tons of cargo, including equipment, lab supplies, and 1.65 tons of food for the Shenzhou-20 crew. But hidden among that cargo was something far more interesting…
