In the new movie ""Die, My Love,"" Jennifer Lawrence portrays a young mother battling postpartum depression as a new mother. The Louisville area native spoke at a press conference following its premier alongside fellow cast members Roberton Pattinson, Lakeith Stanfield, Sissy Spacek and director Lynee Ramsay.

The film is earning early Oscars buzz following a six-minute standing ovation after it's premiere at the French film festival.
