
changing small habits is better than changing your entire lifestyle

For the month of April and into May, I reflected on certain aspects of my life, and I realized it all had to do with my habits. For this reason, I experimented with what small changes make a big impact. Some of these include waking up 15 minutes earlier, going on more walks, drinking tea, minimizing my screen time, and more. Of course, there are more ways to change your habits, but as I reflected, it’s not about the result as much as it’s about the journey. In order to change your physical habits, you must also think about your mental habits, too.
