Ingredients:
200 g lentils
Spices (Salt, turmeric, smoked paprika, cumin)
2 tbsp olive oil
black pepper
2 tbsp water
50 g mixed seeds (sunflower, flax, sesame)
1 avocado
1 small tomato
50 g tuna
Bake for 25 minutes at 200 celsius /350 fahrenheit

Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of flour (any kind, rice, wheat, almond...)
A bunch of parsley
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Flax.
1 filling:
1 egg, 100 grams of tuna, some green onions, 2 tablespoons of yogurt or sour cream.
2 toppings:
1 boiled egg, 1/2 carrot, 50 g of processed cheese.
