FIRST TIME in CAMBODIA 🇰🇭 Exploring Siem Reap & Phnom Penh!
We finally visited Cambodia for the first time and it completely amazed us! From the ancient temples of Siem Reap to the cultural landmarks and city life in Phnom Penh, this trip was packed with unforgettable moments.
We kicked things off in Siem Reap, starting with a visit to the unique Floating Village to see how locals live on the water. Then we explored the incredible temples of Angkor Wat, the smiling stone faces of Bayon Temple, and the jungle-covered beauty of Ta Prohm Temple an iconic filming location from Tomb Raider.
Of course, we had to try authentic Cambodian food! We sampled some amazing local dishes that gave us a real taste of Khmer cuisine.
After that, we travelled to Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s capital city. We visited the stunning Royal Palace, took in the views from Wat Phnom, and explored the massive AEON Mall Phnom Penh. We also stopped by La Grace Cafe for some refreshing drinks and visited The Elysee, a French-inspired area that felt like stepping into another world. We ended our day with a delicious dinner back at the mall.
