True American Hero - Army Sgt. 1st Class Alwyn C. Cashe

During his third combat tour, @usarmy infantryman Sgt. 1st Class Alwyn C. Cashe was on patrol when his vehicle stuck an improvised explosive device. Drenched in fuel, Cashe leapt from his vehicle to pull his comrades to safety. He suffered second and third-degree burns over 72% of his body and later succumbed to his injuries. For his selfless actions and bravery, he earned the #MedalofHonor.
