Little Lotus Academy Graduation Reflection:
A Memorable Time
Little Lotus Academy is a school for young Dafa disciples—a solemn place of cultivation, yet also a warm and joyful place where I experienced the happiness of childhood. I have spent four joyful years here, and now, I am about to graduate.
Here, I experienced the joy of growth as well as the hardship of trials. I studied, lived, and grew up here. I learned to respect my teachers, be kind to my classmates, and, most importantly, I learned how to truly cultivate. During xinxing tests, sometimes I failed, but in the end, I would feel regret and reflect on myself using the Fa, finding the areas I needed to improve. That process helped me build the foundation for future success.
The teachers at Little Lotus truly understand me. When I made mistakes, my Fa-study teacher would always kindly remind me and speak with sincerity and care—never with a harsh tone. She has greatly helped me in my cultivation.
Over these four years, I studied traditional culture and Chinese language at Little Lotus. This laid the foundation for my moral character and allowed me to appreciate the beauty and depth of traditional Chinese culture. I also learned a wealth of knowledge—science, math, history, literature, English grammar and writing—all of which opened the door to my thirst for learning and inspired me to explore the ocean of knowledge. There were also many fun subjects I enjoyed, like soccer in PE class, singing in music class, and calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting—all of which benefited me greatly.
Today, we are graduating, and I am also leaving this place. I am deeply thankful to the teachers at Little Lotus for all their hard work and to my classmates for their help. As I move on to middle school, my mind will be filled with memories of Little Lotus. I also wish the new sixth-grade class great success. Congratulations to all my classmates graduating in 2025!
